Recent studies conducted by researchers from University of Helsinki and Tufts University School of Medicine have affirmed the correlation between high-fat/low fiber diets and increased estrogen levels. The results of the study suggest that the standard Western diet, often consisting of high fat/low fiber foods, is the opposite of what women should be consuming to reduce their chances of developing breast cancer.
